This beginner-friendly workshop explores the various interpretations of "the shadow," and offer the framework of pleasure witchcraft as a means of self-exploration. Participants will learn practical, embodied, trauma-responsive tools for safely experiencing fear and anxiety, and be guided through a basic exercise for beginning shadow work.
