Sex Ed For Adults

All people deserve an integrated life and the healthy pursuit of pleasure.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of us don't get the comprehensive sexual health education we need during the vulnerable years of puberty and adolescence. In the U.S., those lucky few who do get sex ed in their K-12 years usually learn about sex from a fear-based perspective of avoiding pregnancy and/or violence. This leaves many adults lost, confused, and often traumatized in their formative sexual experiences.
This workshop series is built on over a decade of experience in designing and facilitating comprehensive sexual health and social-emotional skills curricula for youth and adults age 12+. Designed for adults who are looking for a foundational education in the nuts and bolts of screwing - from a medically-accurate, queer-inclusive, and trauma-informed perspective.
Part One: Your Body
Start off with a queer-inclusive overview of erotic anatomy, erogenous zones, and the physiology of sexual pleasure, including the importance of the mind-body connection.
Part Two: Your Mind
Take a deep dive into trauma-informed strategies for more confident and comfortable self-discovery and sexual communication.
Part Three: Your Pleasure
Learn all about the potential - and pitfalls - of language describing our sexual identities, experiences, and behaviors, including dating and relationship preferences.
